Delete Your Kariyo Account
In accordance with Google Play Store User Data policies, Kariyo allows registered customers and workers to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Step 1 of 2: Identify Your Account
Enter the registered email address or mobile phone number associated with your Kariyo account.
How Account Deletion Works

In-App Self-Service: If you have the Kariyo app installed, you can delete your account directly anytime by opening
Profile & Settings > Delete Account. -
What is Permanently Deleted: Your personal identification (name, phone number, email address, profile photos, Google identity links, worker skills/bio, and mobile login tokens).

Statutory Retention Requirements: To comply with Indian taxation, financial reporting, and consumer fraud regulations, records of completed financial transactions, invoices, and accounting ledger entries are retained in an anonymized format for the statutory retention period.

Blocking Commitments: Accounts with active in-progress bookings, unfulfilled worker assignments, pending earnings settlements, or open disputes under review cannot be deleted until those commitments are concluded.
